Once we have discussed and confirmed your menu requirements. We will source all the ingredients locally. This is just one way we try to support local businesses, while also reducing our carbon footprint.
We can provide biodegradable cups, plates and cutlery and where possible reuse large serving bowls and platters to reduce our waste and increase our recycling activities.
BBQ Catering Food Preparation
Just in advance of your event, our trained chefs and staff – working in our professional kitchen – will marinate some meats and prepare your side dishes.
On the day of your BBQ, we can provide the grill and take care of the cooking, serving and clearing up so that you have lots of time to smell the aroma of wood-charred steak or hear the sizzle of those succulent vegan sausages, before dining alongside your guests. BBQ Heaven!
