Yacht Caterers in Portsmouth and Chichester

We’ve had great success with our new outside catering service offered up to hungry crews of yachts in local marinas, providing yacht catering in Portsmouth & surrounding areas. We’re happy to serve anyone within a 20 miles radius of Portsmouth – e.g. Gun Wharf, the Hamble and Warsash.

Our minimum order is for eight people and please be aware that there may be a delivery charge. This will depend upon the number of people you are ordering for and your distance from our base in Portsmouth.

Please contact Baffins Farm Catering by email or complete the form (preferred) for more information and try to give at least one weeks’ notice prior to any booking. For a booking at shorter notice, please phone us direct and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Stir fried pork with noodles, peppers, spring onions & sweet chilli sauce
Chilli con carne served with rice
Chicken a la king, tender pieces of chicken in white sauce with peppers, onions and
mushrooms
Salmon and asparagus pasta bake, topped with mozzarella cheese
Vegetable korma with rice poppadum’s & mango chutney
Chicken tikka with rice poppadum’s & mango chutney
Seafood pie, topped with mashed potatoes
Beef stew with root vegetables & herb dumplings
Traditional meat lasagne
Vegetable lasagne, layers of pasta, courgette, aubergine, mushrooms and broccoli
Chicken parcels filled with sage and onion stuffing in a red wine sauce, sautéed potatoes

The Hot Fork Buffet price includes delivery, cutlery wrapped in napkins, china plates, serving utensils and chafing dishes.

Staff will set this up for you and stay to serve the food from the buffet table. If you would like to hire them for longer or hire additional serving staff to serve drinks during the buffet, clear plates and generally look after your guests then this can be arranged at an extra cost.
